The winds coming in and out make for a fun ride, but the real treat is the taxing to the terminal from a mile away.
In true Colorado form, the airport cops ride mountain bikes through the terminal.
Holiday travel is insane
A wonderfully designed airport... With some of the worst, ugliest, tackiest, *creepiest* public artwork known to man! I won't even talk about the announcements on the tram...
I have been 2 DIA since 2008, flying in 4rm Houston, TX as a stop b4 heading off 2 Grand Junction and back! Nice view of the Rocky mountains!!!

admit that I'm the best skier who flies out of this airport.
Stop being ridiculous: those things on the wall are supposed to evoke propellors ... because it's an airport. They operate like pinwheels, using the wind created from the tram to turn.
