Baggage claim system needs work. All the bags just get thrown onto the belt, slide down, and end up on top of each other, upside down, and hard to reach. Not user-friendly.
When you are in C concourse for a long layover, go to the 3rd floor where youll find oulets and lots of quiet space..
There's a jamba juice in the C concourse now. It's near C28-C31
It takes forever to get through this airport, so give yourself plenty of time to get through security and make it to your gate. You have to catch a train to the concourse too.
Watching for people at the arrivals escalator is hard. #toomanyfaces
Southwest check in is crowded. Get there early.

Took 30 minutes to download a 20kb image. Consider that Wifi doesn't exist.
