There is a hell on earth and this is it. It actually renews my faith in the opposite- there is a God, but his nemesis is alive and well.
This place has turned into a disaster. Every freaking place in it from security checkpoint to newsstands are understaffed and have huge lines. Road trips from now on. Get it together!!
Pray you never get stuck here due to bad weather. United Airlines does not have enough customer service representatives working in the evenings.
