I ordered lenses for my frames and it took 10 days to get in. Which is fine, but when I finally came in to pick it up, they had written the wrong eye prescription. So instead of saying they will make a rush or give me anything for the inconvenience, they said Oops... you're just going to have to wait another week and a half to get your glasses. Great place for eye exams. From Dr. Ma and down everyone is friendly and I never have to wait for long there. And when a crack mysteriously appeared on one of the lens on my newest pair of glasses a couple of weeks after picking them up, the staff took care of the problem and fixed it right away.
Best place for eye care. Dr. Ma is fabulous, smart, honest and knowledgeable. Our family loves our glasses. Always helpful!!!!!
With or without vision insurance, I am not going to change my eye doctor...Dr Ma is very nice... I'm her patient since 2000 or 2001.. She had a lot of nice eyeglasses/frames....and I just can't wait to get my new pair of glasses by Tory Burch ☺️
This place used to be great. Over the years, the customer service became so bad. It seem to me that the management is bad. Front desk people n tech failed to check your insurance coverage before doing any type of patient care and wasting patients precious time. Then when you asked for a manager, Maria, and again she doesn't check with the problem before calling the angry patient back.
