Great atmosphere and amazing food!! Our burgers were cooked perfectly! Just go! P.s. If you want your burger med-well or well done, just go to Applebee's where they suck the flavor out of every price of meat they throw on the "grill"�
Was seated in the basement, only bar stools to sit on. Very uncomfortable. My medium well burger was rare, and dripping grease. The wait sraff acted like we were an inconvenience, interfering in their play time. Both bartenders were matching customers shot for shot and one of them had passed the tipsy point to where he.was slurring his yelling cuss words. I had seen great reviews, I expected a great time. This ranks as one of the worst dining experience ever.
No parking, slow service, uncomfortable seating, under cooked burger (requested med well, got rare) and a loud obnoxious bartending staff. The bartenders were taking shots with the customers and one was actually louder than the drunk customers. Unprofessional language from the staff (Bartender) F*&K, MF, GD, SH*&T and much more. In addition, I ordered the duck fat fries and they did not taste any different than my wife's house fries. I wanted my burger done medium, but it came out rare... possibly raw. The waitress (Erika was her name I think) apologised for it, but it should be the cook who should apologise. Everyone in my friend's birthday party finished their meals while I had to wait for mine to be cooked correctly. I could've given this place a 1 star rating, but the Dragon's Milk Stout and waitress' service made up for the cook's lack of attention to details.
