Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
The TV in the waiting room is always TOO LOUD! You can't study/read while you are waiting due to it. There is usually a lengthy wait for your appointment, then even when you finally get the room, there is another wait. It happens over and over. For 4 of last 5 years my annual physical was done by someone else and not Dr. Dempsey, though he would come in at the end for 2 minutes. The receptionist at the front desk is definitely not a people person, and should be replaced.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Not at all; the equipment is dangerous! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes!
