I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
The TV in the waiting room is always TOO LOUD! You can't study/read while you are waiting due to it. There is usually a lengthy wait for your appointment, then even when you finally get the room, there is another wait. It happens over and over. For 4 of last 5 years my annual physical was done by someone else and not Dr. Dempsey, though he would come in at the end for 2 minutes. The receptionist at the front desk is definitely not a people person, and should be replaced.
