Amazing care! They were very thorough and helpful in an examination of mine and my boyfriend's two new born kittens. They also were great at explaining it in "dumbed down" terms for us to fully understand what was wrong with our babies. Thank you for all your help otterside!
When I bring my Whiskey boy over for any kind of treatment we are always welcomed as if Otterside is a second home for him. I really like the fact that he is treated with kind and loving care. Thank you all at Otterside!!
Excellent staff. They were great to deal with then we lost our two boys last year.
I love this place so much! The staff is amazing! My family has been bringing our animals there for years. We recently had to put our beautiful dog Molly to sleep. The staff was so caring. The vet came to our house to put her to sleep, it was very peaceful. After they send us a beautiful card signed by the staff, and also made a donation to the local humane society in Mollys name.
