RecommendedWe were vacationing in the area, and our dog injured her leg before vacation and was on the mend. She re-hurt it, and Otterside was happy to take us even though we weren't regular patients. They were extremely, thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience, and with a little prescription of pain meds, our dog is on the mend again!
The staff at Otterside are the best, kind and helpful. Dr. Crossman always goes above and beyond with my animals. Some one always calls a few days after my pets have been in for a visit to see how they are doing. Everyone there really cares, yes, I would highly recommend them.

So grateful for Robin Crossman and his in home services. Our fourteen year old cat, Tucker was at the end of his life and we didn't want to traumatize him by taking him out of the house to the vet's office. Robin was kind and gentle with both our family and Tucker in his final moments. We can't thank him enough!
I took my dog Maya in for surgery. I've never experienced this before. The staff was more than wonderful. They were concerned about my feelings just as much as the animals coming in. The staff took time to answer any concerns and questions I had. Thank you to all the staff at Otterside!! Greatest experience ever
The staff, assistants and doctors are amazing!! Very respectful, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! It's amazing to have such amazing care so close to our brandon home!! Every time you walk in you feel right at home!
Marley the Maine Coon loves them and with their help is breathing much better!!! Everyone is kind and really cares about the health and well-being of their patients.
