From checking in my car to picking it up, I was informed what to expect regarding the timeline of repairs and scheduled day of completion. The staff were professional and courteous. I wish all repair environments were as courteous.
Demo's is terrific: fast response and the highest quality of expertise. My car was returned to pre crash condition in a timely manner. The staff was friendly, responsive and so very helpful. I highly recommend Demo's to all my friends.
I had used Demos Automotive Center before, and this time my car was pretty torn up. They had to replace the entire suspension, as well as the bumpers and all four rims and tires. I only rated them a 4 for service because it took a little longer than I expected, but that is no issue at all when you get your car back and see what a great job they did. Demo's Automotive was very thorough and prompt with the work needed after my accident. The car looks better than ever. Their attention to detail was superb. I'll definitely be using them again for any car work I have in the future.
Demo's did an amazing job repairing body damage to my car. The entire process was seamless. They called Enterprise as soon as I arrived. Enterprise picked me up and then when it was time to pick up my car I was able to just leave my rental there and Demo's took care of everything. The customer service was spectacular. They finished my car before they predicted and I received an email promptly when it was ready for me to pick up.
