It's very rare that I trust a care repair shop, but this one I absolutely do trust. I've been going here for years and they always do a stellar job on body work and on mechanical repairs. The guys who work here are very personable, down-to-earth and are solid, straight shooters. They even have a transportation service that takes me home when I have to leave my car.
We love Demo's! Our family has taken our cars there for over twenty years and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The body shop has also done great work for us too.
I have used Demos twice and plan on using only Demos for all my repair and maintenance needs. Courtesy, professional and reasonably priced. Can't be beat!
I was in town visiting my sister who just had a baby. while going to meet a friend for lunch in the Village my low coolant light came on. I looked for the nearest BMW shop and wasn't certain it was ok to drive that far. My friend mentioned there was a shop around the corner. I stopped by and was greeted by Jerry. He quickly fixed me up and would not take any money for topping off my coolant. I initially took my classic muscle car to Demo's on a referral from a friend, as well as my insurance company. Although I was nervous to have substantial work to my car given it's age, I could not be happier with the result. The work is beyond spectacular and is better than I ever expected. Julio, Costa, and Demo Jr. could not have been friendlier or more helpful and every step of the process and work was explained and understood beforehand. Beyond satisfied. When I first got my car back I noticed there was still a scratch on it (not the fault of demos, I think the scratch was just deep enough that it needed more than a fresh coat of paint), and asked to speak to someone about it. They were extremely understanding and rushed to fix my problem, my car was out of the shop the next day, good as new. I was really impressed with how quickly they addressed the problem.
