I got a Gel-X set here about two weeks ago and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with retention. Within the first 2 days, one nail popped off, and within the first 5 days, two more came off. I went back and the staff was kind and fixed four nails that were lifting, which I appreciated. However, within the following week, four different nails popped off. In total, 7 nails came off within two weeks, which is far outside what I’ve experienced with Gel-X in the past.
