I loved the sour and Kolsch. Really terrific beers and a great atmosphere. I have never been to a beer hall like this in downtown Boston and I couldn't have been more impressed. Super excited for Democracy Brewing.
The service was HORRIBLE. It’s a beer hall and they had only 5 different beers, food was mediocre. If the service was at least decent I would give them another shot since they are new. But no I will never go back
What a wonderful place in the city! Had s wonderful lunch and just fantastic beer! Owners and the staff were very friendly and accommodating ! Definitely a place to go back again in the very near future 🍻
Nice little start up brewery, worth checking out.
What a pleasant surprise ... just down around the corner from the Godfrey .... we set out just for a “walk around” and walked into this place ( just opened on July 4th) and after being told to grab our own menus and to seat ourselves ( there are more tables located in a room in the back right.... just so you know! � We settled in and down for “fried chicken fryday” which one of us opted for, 2 of us opted for the fish and chips , and 1 of us had the handmade pie .... none of us were disappointed ! Such a cool place. Came here for the first time today and was blown away by the architecture. All the beers were on point for style, the pretzel was amazing, and the staff were super cool. Boston needed a brewery right in this spot, and here we have it. The whole philosophy here is right on with Boston too. Cheers!
