The front receptionist is rude and snappy. She furthers the feeling of being just a number in this money hungry place. I asked for a deluxe & was given the ultimate without my consent. I witnessed the same receptionist get into an argument with a customer in front of everyone simply over colors. Then, proceeded to talk crap about that customer for a good 10 mins after. I had my nails done by Nerissa for the first time and I was so impressed! She was incredibly welcoming, made me feel comfortable right away, and paid such close attention to every detail. You can tell she really cares about her work and making sure her clients leave happy while laughing and joking the whole time :) The set she did for me was absolutely gorgeous—clean, precise, and exactly what I asked for (if not better!). The last two times I have made an appointment at this location, I have waited over an hour to be seen today after waiting an hour and 15 minutes. I ended up leaving. The girls at the front desk Thought it was hilarious and treated each customer as if they were inconveniencing them during their Starbucks break. The one time I did get my nails done here they not only cut me but completely ruined my nail bed and it took months to recover from. I truly don’t understand why people still keep coming back here.
