I have been doing my nails for years and have been to Demi' s nails off and on for a while. I have never experienced the service had today . I had a new lady by the name of Jenny. Usually love coming here, and this isn’t a complaint to Demi at all since I’ve interacted with her and she truly does her best to fit in all her clients—but I waited a whole hour (even with an appointment) before I was seen. It was the same for everyone who was waiting; multiple people had an appointment but not a single one was seen on time. The front receptionist is rude and snappy. She furthers the feeling of being just a number in this money hungry place. I asked for a deluxe & was given the ultimate without my consent. I witnessed the same receptionist get into an argument with a customer in front of everyone simply over colors. Then, proceeded to talk crap about that customer for a good 10 mins after.
