The head waitress works very hard never getting frustrated,and they have good old fashioned dinner food,friendly place where they remember you,and actually thank you for coming to see them so if your in Pinellas Park,on Park Blvd stop by and tell them Larry sent ya for some good food
Very bad customer service! I ordered delivery and my steak was ordered medium well and it was delivered medium rare almost rare . They also forgot our pancakes. I called and thought they were sending me a new steak with the missing pancakes . When the pancakes came and no steak. I just sent the steak back with driver and called and asked for a refund on the steak. They said no the owner said no . He was in the back being rude.. Such a warm family oriented place,with amazing food and very friendly service,makes u feel very welcome
I have always ordered delivery from this restaurant as well as my friends several times weekly. Then one time i had a problem and called horrible names and treated awful. All i did was want another of the same thing that was fresh. I was humiliated and never in my life treated this way ever before, needless to say we will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! VERY UNFORTUNATE.
This was my first time eating here. My wife and I had the lumberjack and it was fantastic. Lots of food and came out fast! I will be back for sure. I will be telling my friends about this place and will bring my daughters next time they love grits
