I grab lunch to go from Demetris when I'm in line for the ferry and I'm always pleased....good food, reasonable price, and they get me out the door quickly every time!

We arrived Saturday night for dinner and was told it would be a 30 minute wait, so we waited. After about 25 minutes we noticed three empty tables in the dining room but no one sat us. I went to speak to the hostess and she stated those tables were for online reservations. I asked how long it would be for us to be seated and she stated it would be at least another 45 minutes, needless to say we were not happy and left. I was disappointed. I had Fish & Chips. Three small pieces with more batter than fish. The Chips were greasy and consisted of very small fries, like it came from the bottom of the freezer bag. My guest had lamb sliders. They were bland and needed seasoning as well as some sort of sauce to spice it up- like a mint sauce. Maby it was just an off day. Will try it again.
Nice place for lunch, we had excellent service and food. We shared the Caprese Flatbread, he had the ham and bacon chowder, I had the salmon bisque, and we shared a Sangria for lunch. It was perfect and not too pricey. The weather was nice enough to sit outside but was just as nice inside. I want to go back for dinner now.
