Dr. Politis became my primary care doctor for the 2nd time yesterday, and his office is an hour drive from where I live. I was a patient of his many years ago through mid 2014. I had a new patient appointment with him yesterday and to my surprise, he still remembered me from over 10 ½ years later. I have unfortunately had my deal of health problems in the last few years, and nearly almost lost my life a year ago. Absolutely love Dr. DEMETRIUS, unfortunately their billing department really screwed me over. They Absolutely did not submit my claims to my insurance that I pay for after confirming they would, instead they submitted it to collections instead. Why am I even paying for insurance if you want me to pay for everything out of pocket, extremely unprofessional and will tell you what you want to hear so you will not bother them.
