Had severe back pain after pregnancy and was having difficulty walking for long distances/up steps. I came to see Dr. Francis. I expressed that I was having severe pain and it was giving me trouble at my job. She said she wouldn’t give me an excuse to get out of my job. She didn’t order x-rays or offer any help. Nearly a year later I found I have osteoporosis in my lower back. She was incredibly callous and I would not recommend her as a GP.

I found Dr. Francis to have very gentle bedside manner. She was thorough. I enjoyed my visit. She even attempted to see me earlier, but my schedule didn’t permit. I was a little apprehensive when I saw the other reviews online. After visit, I’m looking to change my primary care provider.
Dr. Francis is very gentle, kind, attentive, and helpful. Visits are always pleasant and I always get the care I need.
