Dr. Francis was absolutely no help at all.
I found Dr. Francis to have very gentle bedside manner. She was thorough. I enjoyed my visit. She even attempted to see me earlier, but my schedule didn’t permit. I was a little apprehensive when I saw the other reviews online. After visit, I’m looking to change my primary care provider.
Dr. Francis is very gentle, kind, attentive, and helpful. Visits are always pleasant and I always get the care I need.
Have to say that my experience is not that of the negative ones. The entrance was easy enough, and the guy in the waiting area helped me get setup. I just moved to Georgia and have never used Kaiser. The nurse was chill and fun to talk to. We had a few laughs, and she answered a few questions I had. Dr. Francis took longer to come in, but once she was in I could see why. The worst experience ever. I have a pinched nerve in my neck, colossal head pain, neck and lower back pain, but she refused to get me help.
