When they drop your insurance even when they know about it over a month ahead they do not notify you so you can find one within your network. They will charge you when you show up for a appointment and if you don't want to pay then you have to pay a cancelation fee because it is less then 24 hrs. Sounds highly suspect if not illegal have turned them into idaho attorney general. Contacted nez perce prosecutors office and idaho medical board.

The NICEST doctor and a wonderful front staff! I’ve been going up her for 4 years now. They are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.
I don't have review comments for Dr. Demattos, except to say in the one visit I had she was professional and seemed competent and interested. However, the office staff (in my opinion) lacked customer service skills did not respond back in a timely manner. I would not be surprised to learn they are family members of doctors. The office also felt like something out of the 1980s -- old tables, instruments, torn chairs, etc. Others may have had a better experience.
I have suffered from chronic migraine for most of my life.... After reading reviews I was concerned about my appt with this office/staff/doctor....I was treated very professional by all staff and physician. I have positive hope of having some quality of life now. Thanks to this group.
