Willy's overland lofts developer that is late with everything, now going by Northwest Development, 9 months late with my unit and some buyers waited 3 years. Also be careful with what they sell you and what it appraises for. Mine was sold (purchase agreement) as 2 bed 2 bath, but they didn't block or brace the "flex room" as I requested and then about a month before closing i find the error.
