Charles booked a job with me, then got antsy when I called him back less than 24 hours after he left me two voicemails and two texts, all after I had gone to bed and before I woke up. He informed me that he was worried about me, since I was not responsive enough to him. Several hours later, he called me and claimed his “partner” wouldn’t allow him to do my job unless I paid cash. It was an $8k job. Charles wanted me to provide him with $4,000 cash to start the job. That was my dealbreaker.

Charles and his team did a wonderful job, both on wall plastering and ceiling drywall work for our home. He was unfailingly polite, and true to his word regarding the amount of time needed to complete the work and the estimate. We very much appreciated his attention to detail and are very happy with the way our rooms look after the work. We will definitely call him the next time we need work of this kind done, and would recommend De Marco General Plastering to friends and neighbors.
