So disappointed in this company. We signed up on May 30, 2024 to have our solar installed. We paid our deposit. Our site was surveyed June 1, 2024. We were told it would take about 4 weeks.We called and finally got a response that they would install the solar panels on July 15, 2024.They were installed, but we had damage to our *****. We called and had to leave a message about the damage done. We didn't hear back from anyone. We called back on July 19, 2024 and talked to ***** Arciada (customer service manager). Great company. **************** and ****** were very professional, timely. They clearly communicated with us the plan for installation and when power would be shut off. Everyone was very nice and polite. Highly recommend them. The completed installation of 29 panels and battery backup looks very nice.
