I signed a contract with Demand Construction on 9/9/2024 to install solar panels and PW 3 battery on my house with "60 Day Install Guarantee". My house required no additional work to be done to install the system. As of 12/2/2024, no panels and no battery. I checked with the California Contractors State License Board database, **********************'s contractor license #******* has since expired on 11/10/2024. And its Worker's Comp. After a year dealing with Demand Solar, I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience. I signed up in Nov '23, and while they installed panels by Feb' 24, as of Nov '24 the system still isn't operational. The panels just sit there uselessly on my roof, a daily reminder of my regret in choosing this company.The issues go beyond mere delays. So disappointed in this company. We signed up on May 30, 2024 to have our solar installed. We paid our deposit. Our site was surveyed June 1, 2024. We were told it would take about 4 weeks.We called and finally got a response that they would install the solar panels on July 15, 2024.They were installed, but we had damage to our *****. Great company. **************** and ****** were very professional, timely. They clearly communicated with us the plan for installation and when power would be shut off. Everyone was very nice and polite. Highly recommend them. The completed installation of 29 panels and battery backup looks very nice.
