We started the process in July 2024. We were promised a ***** day turnaround with the process finishing late October 2024 "worst case scenario". We did not get our system turned on until October 2025. Everything started fine, but then we were told that there was a shortage of Powerwalls and that the project would be delayed. I regret selecting Demand Construction and do not recommend this company to anyone wishing to install solar. My solar project took 319 days from contract signed by all parties to *** (permission to operate). When I signed the contract, the agent I was working with sent an email that stated I'm going to pay extra close attention to your project and make sure it runs smoothly. This has literally been one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. I signed up for solar in March and was told it would be installed at the end of May. May rolled around, the money was pulled out of the loan company to pay for the equipment. I thought everything was moving along. Still, I heard nothing from Demand Construction. This company has been one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I have signed a contract with them to do solar work over 1 year ago and every part of the process after the sales contract has been a terrible experience! They lack the professionalism and ability to provide the services agreed upon. I have done my part of the contract and paid them in full, but my solar panels are still not even operational. It has been 330 days since I signed a contract with Demand Construction (DC), to install solar panels and a battery with a 60-day guarantee. ** has not fulfilled the terms of this contract providing only empty promises and unfounded excuses. Instead, ** has received over 2/3rds of the contract price. It seems that *** business strategy is to bill a client for most of the contract cost and then not follow through on their promise. We contracted Demand Construction in December of 2024 to provide solar panels and battery installation on our home. We were told there was a good chance it would be installed by the end of December, that was untrue. Then it was February, then March, promised for sure in April, guaranteed in May.
