Terrible business. Missed my first appointment and tried to reschedule. I've been juggling multiple appointments and was too late to reschedule. They declined me a reschedule. This was my first appointment and they never informed me there would be some firm of punishment or outcome for missing a first time appointment. They should have informed me. I'll gladly find a psychiatrist who is more professional and eager to help.
I have been seen by Hailee Narayan. She was very unprofessional in not providing legal documentation stating that she could not take video calls in a moving vehicle. I took this to the Better Business Bureau and Delve Psychiatry’s response was to discontinue care with a Nurse Practitioner unrelated to the case at point. Delve Psychiatry tried to make me pay $125 for their considering my video appointment was a no show for being in a moving vehicle. Very good psychiatry practice, Dr Reitano and NP Bryan are both very patient very understanding providers. Office staff is great as well.
