If you want your CAR STOLEN THEN RENT WITH DELUXE REALTY.. In less than 3 WEEKS (2026) my Catalytic Converter was sawed off inside the parking lot, my license plate removed and now MY CAR HAS BEEN STOLEN - Which was parked in my assigned, PAID FOR parking spot. There were about 3 other cars that were broken into on 1/31/26 inside the “gated property” while Officer Taylor was supposed to be on night-shift duty. I have been with Deluxe reality for 8 years now. They have always been kind and responsive to the needs of my tenants and my property. They have a great accounting system for both the tenants and owners. They are prompt when issues arise and have gone out of their way to help me in some situations with repairs. I am truly grateful for all they have done and continue to do. They are good people and great to work with!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Deluxe Realty. Despite emailing Mark multiple times to be part of my final walkthrough upon moving out, he did not respond and proceeded without me. I had my carpets shampooed and hired a cleaning service to clean the entire apartment. Yet, somehow my deposit is being kept for $1800 worth of damage and cleaning. This is insane!
