Officially the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The man doing my pedicure spent maybe 15 minutes on the total service. He left them crooked and didn’t clean up anything. I had to go home and fix them. Wasted money and awful service. Will not be returning.
I have been to a few places here in Granbury for nails and this was by far the worst . I sat for over 30 minutes due to them being “ busy “ when they were not . The woman doing my nails cut me several times , the pedi and manicure was very rushed . Still charge over 150$ which is wild . Will not be back.
I originally was disappointed after I left, however I went back 2 days later and voiced that I was unhappy and the staff was so very nice and took them all off, re did them and refunded me half of my money. I appreciate the customer service at this place & will be back in the future. Thank you deluxe nails for being an upstanding business in Granbury, TX!
