I recently had a less than stellar experience at Deluxe. I emailed the manager and she promptly called me back to schedule an appointment to redo. Phoebe was great! I forget the other managers name but he was very nice as well. I know people have off days and I know I was unfortunately on the wrong end on Sunday but they did everything wonderfully to make it right! Great customer service. I will most definitely book again, this time with Phoebe :) thanks again Ashley!
I decided to book a last minute appointment here for a mani/pedi and lip waxing. When I arrived for my appointment they took me right away. And talked to me the whole time.And have always left happy!
This is my first experience since. All my high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service are met here! 5 STARS! I'll be back the next time I'm in town.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. The chairs were new and fully functioning to me. She was extremely kind and helpful. She did exactly how I wanted them to look. Best of all, it was QUIET, letting others relax. I keep coming back to this one for all the reasons I mentioned above.
My husband even comes here and loves it. Appointments are available but not necessary! They goes above and beyond to make sure I am completely happy with my service! Sometimes I go here just to relax and unwind. I refuse to go anywhere else.
I've been to this nail salon numerous times for my lashes and my shellac manicures. Best service, best nails, and the nicest Staff ever. I liked the team approach with both of them. Very pretty nail salon.
