My experience was great no wait time and got beautiful nails. I am so happy with my nails. Definitely recommend to go here.
Deluxe nails staff is kind. But on 10/7/25 I went in to get a polish change on my toes and this is the result. The white polish is uneven and my toes are not shaped well as I asked the older asian female nail tech to do. She was not pleasant and was rude and not kind at all. If you’re coming here to get service as far as a pedicure, ask for the middle age Hispanic lady which she does a fabulous job on pedicures plus she is very kind and nice 🌻. Mind you this was a $ 35.00 dollar and I’m not pleased with my toes at all !
I had an appointment at 12:45. Ended up leaving just over an hour later WITHOUT a pedicure because they still had me waiting. I was skipped over a customer who had an appointment after me. I just moved into town from South Florida, first week here so I am searching for new places to get things done, like nails. The feedback I have is, every customer’s time is valuable, and you never know who is going to be a new regular customer for your business.
Cindy did an outstanding job on my nails! I was leaving on vacation and stopped into the salon. Even though the salon was closing, she agreed to give me a mani and a later a pedi. She took her time, and made my feet and legs feel so soft and smooth. I recommend Cindy and the Ocean pedicure!
Absolutely incredible. Cindy did this design- she did exactly what I wanted. She is a true artist and she paid such close attention to detail. Coming back the day before my wedding!
