Go anywhere else at all cost if you are from out of state and break down. I had a flat and they forced me to replace BOTH tires even though Dunlop and HD in Milwaukee said the tires were fine to run together. "both tires or no tires" Highway Robbery at its finest!!!! Never again. My other tire was only 45 days old :(
This business robs out of state riders. They will not repair a flat tire, they will not mount a new tire unless you buy two new tires. They have no thought of helping a stranded rider, only to take as much money as possible from him...I would find anyplace other than Deluxe HD to do business !
Not to be trusted. Negative experience and the owner won't answer emails or address the problems with his service department. I've tried to contact him personally without success. He seems to prey on out of state riders.
