I needed a door fix quick. New sensors on an older unit. I had a service call scheduled for the next day. Deluxe Door contacted me the morning of the service to review my situation. Through that conversation it was determined that my unit was not compatible even though the manual said it would be. (Just too old) So no service call was needed, but openers were. This is the type of up front service I want to have. I would recommend them on principles alone!

I had such a wonderful experience with Deluxe Door Systems. Nick was so quick to respond, answered all my questions, and even came out a second time because I changed my mind on the finishes. We had used Deluxe Door Systems for repairs and replacement of the opener in the past so when it came time to replace our door, naturally we called Jeff. He and Nick suggested a great door style and it was installed last week. We love it! Kicked up the visual appearance of that side of the house and operates so quietly that I have to double-check that I hit the button to close!
