Terrible company! their technician "Sean" was in a hurry (Saturday appt.) and didnt vacuum up much of the water - carpet was wet for almost 3 full days with fans and A/C running! Filed a complaint with the BBB and "Steve" (owner) agreed to re-clean in order to clear the complaint, BUT they didnt show up and haven't returned any phone calls. Don't waste your time with this company - They state they have a customer satisfaction guarantee but its just for show. This company is a piece a work. They called to confirm the appointment and they never showed up. I called to tell Steve and he said he's one of the Steve . (Great) He tells me that his technician was there for 45 min and left. Which was a lie!. Than he tells me his technician doesn't have a cell phone and he's going to have to charge me service fee of $50 to come back. Funny how did he knows if the guy ever show up with no cell phone. I had this company come to my residence to clean practically my entire carpet. I really took into the account how long they ve been in business, bbb rating, and other reviews. But I had to experience this for myself. Surprisingly the technician did a sloppy job. Stains were still apparent after the cleaning and became even more so after it dried.
