I had several rooms cleaned throughout my home. The technician was courteous and seemed to do a thorough job. When he first completed the work, the carpets smelled clean and fresh. However, I left the house for a couple of hours and came back to the strong odor of dirty dish water throughout my house. Although the website suggests that carpets would be dry "in 2 to 5 hours or more", even 18 hours later the carpets were still quite wet and the smell had not abated in the least. I was moving and had to have my carpets cleaned. I called Deluxe and they did a fantastic job! They worked around my crazy schedule, which was a bonus! Their tech was fast friendly and did a very good job!

I had Deluxe Carpet Cleaning to my home 2/4/17 to work on a 100% wool rug, berber wall to wall carpet and a Lazy Boy recliner. The wool rug had never been cleaned and the Berber was stained with paw prints from cat, dogs and birds. I was AMAZED at the professionalism of my technician. Deluxe has cleaned my carpet, tile, furniture and air ducts on more than one occasion and each they've come to my home the technicians are polite and very helpful. They always do a fantastic job and are very efficient. I recommend them to everyone.

I had Deluxe Carpet Cleaning come to my and clean my carpets when we first moved in. They did a great job. The technician was efficient and explained exactly what he needed to do to remove stains and provide us with the best possible out come. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had Deluxe out last week to clean my carpets. From the first phone call i made to them they were very helpful and professional. They were willing to drive to my home in Shelbyville for just a $10.00 travel fee. Which i found very reasonable, considering the other conpanies i contacted either did not service my area or wanted a $20.00 fee.
