Had an appointment today for 8-9am. I deliberately scheduled the first available appointment of the day and I made this appointment 1 month in advance. Called and they said they had an "emergency appointment" this morning. So I drove 50 minutes each way for nothing. Unprofessional to say the least.

No Please Save yourself from this company they are horrible they empty the dirty water in my front yard also my carpets were not clean we had To call them back they argued with us saying that we wanted our money back we did not want our money back the equipment that the employee used was so extremely loud and smelled horrible I would never call them ever again and plus my carpet to this day never is the same.

DELUXE CARPET CLEANING ASKED ME TO CONNECT MY WATER HOSE TO THEIR HOSE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH WATER TO EXTRACT MY CARPETS. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY THEM TO CLEAN MY CARPET USING MY OWN WATER. I SPOKE WITH JOHN, THE OWNER AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULDN BE PROFITABLE OR WORTH IT TO DRIVE BACK TO THE COMPANY TO FILL THE TANK BACK UP WITH WATER. THEN DRIVE TO MY HOUSE TO CLEAN MY CARPETS. I TOLD HIM I NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE SO HE TOLD ME TO GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE JUST BC I WOULDNT LET THEM USE MY WATER THAT I PAY... read more

I called and scheduled an appt. for the 30th of September. I was to be out of my condo that day. I expressed the importance of the job being done early in the day so that I could turn in keys and not be charged an extra month. He said he would be there at 11:00am on the 30th. NO call and NO show. If I am charged for another month this will become a legal issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very professional. They called the night before and also just before coming to my home. Our living room carpet had stains that I could not get out and didn't really think they would be able to remove them, but our carpet looks brand new after Deluxe cleaned it. I highly recommend them!!

We had them come to our new home that we were moving into. Previous owners smoked for 14 years and we have two little girls so we wanted it clean. They cleaned the vents and carpets. The carpets smelled like a wet dog AFTER they were cleaned. Our daughters have had chronic coughs since we moved in. Today we had COIT come clean and they were able to wipe layers of NICOTINE off of our vents that should have been cleaned by these guys to begin with. Had my carpet cleaned Monday by Deluxe Carpet.. couldn't be happier and I'm telling you my carpet was long overdo....Mark was the young man servicing me... he was very personable....very informative.. and took pride in his job.. I will definitely refer Deluxe to my friends and I will use them again...and I will ask for Mark... Thank you

I did not like the job that was done.. although I never called the company to complain, the quy made the carpet very very wet . it took 2 days to dry he did 2 rooms and stairs. the carpet in den didn't look any cleaner after it dried. I know I should have called to complain but I didn't want to deal with it anymore. Joan
