I called and scheduled an appt. for the 30th of September. I was to be out of my condo that day. I expressed the importance of the job being done early in the day so that I could turn in keys and not be charged an extra month. He said he would be there at 11:00am on the 30th. NO call and NO show. If I am charged for another month this will become a legal issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Guys did a great job. Communication, value and quality were on point. Would definitely use them again! Owner even followed up with me to ensure satisfaction!
We had them come to our new home that we were moving into. Previous owners smoked for 14 years and we have two little girls so we wanted it clean. They cleaned the vents and carpets. The carpets smelled like a wet dog AFTER they were cleaned. Our daughters have had chronic coughs since we moved in. Today we had COIT come clean and they were able to wipe layers of NICOTINE off of our vents that should have been cleaned by these guys to begin with. I did not like the job that was done.. although I never called the company to complain, the quy made the carpet very very wet . it took 2 days to dry he did 2 rooms and stairs. the carpet in den didn't look any cleaner after it dried. I know I should have called to complain but I didn't want to deal with it anymore. Joan
I was very disappointed in the service. They cleaned an area rug 9x11 and a bedroom. This was done in 10 minutes. I was told the bedroom had dark spots and they would need to use the heavy cleaner, ok, but then found out it would be an additional $39.95, I declined to have that done. On the area rug they did the extraction horizontally and then did 2 rolls vertically, leaving over 3/4 of the rug undone vertically. When I called to maje the appointment I asked specific questions such as, do the technicians move furniture and will they take dig hair up from carpet. I was told yes to both questions. The technician was courteous. She did ask me to move the chairs out of my dining room. She then says "i didnt know there was so much dig hair in the bedroom. I don't have time to get it all up." I've tried several carpet cleaning services, from the most expensive to the least. When I thought I had found the perfect one to stay with, they would always be a disappointment the next time around. I came to the conclusion (my opinion only) that it's not necessarily the company, but the technicians they hire & their dedication to the job. They use very strong chemicals that we had to leave my home. When I called the office to have them come back to spray for pet urine Terrible customer service, quoted one price and when they come to my home it was higher. They were rude and did not care. I do not recommend them at all .

Ms. S******* called our office to have her carpets cleaned. An appointment was scheduled upon arrival our technician was greeted with a very strong urine odor at the front door. She scheduled to clean a living room , dining room , and hall but failed to inform us of the severe pet waste that was in the home .
