Had a simple easy part that needed exchanged hubbs didnt have time to do it being a swing shift mill worker and it was vital it got changed asap. I go to drop tbe car off.. i get told it will take half a day. Hubs was told 7 hours to come back in morning to get. The worker accused me of lying to my husband they claimed they had started the work on the car when i indeed was sitting near it in parking lot. I cannot put into words how extremely grateful I am to Deluxe Auto Body! They have very fair pricing and amazing customer service! Every step of the way Robin was friendly and helpful and made sure I understood what was happening, and the next steps. (The frustration was high since I had to go through insurance companies to get my car fixed).
