They’re getting one star because the paint was decent and I can’t give them half a star. Woman at the front desk is extremely rude, they broke my monitor of my tuner, and my rear door switches were fine going in but weren’t when I got the truck back. They also apparently didn’t feel the need to rewire some stuff or didn’t rewire it right. I refuse to take my truck back to them and get any of this fixed. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
The front desk lady was NOT nice at all. As soon as we came in, she was yelling at us for asking about the price that we needed to pay. We asked why she was yelling and she even yelled louder. We were very shocked and felt like this was very poor customer service. Not sure too much on how they run their shop but yelling at your customers or any one entering your shop is not the way to go.

TERRIBLE. They’ve had my boyfriends car for over two weeks, (small outside body fix)every time we call they don’t answer the phone. Has told us THREE different times when we would be getting our vehicle and text us last minute to tell us it’s not ready all of a sudden. Very unprofessional.
They have a warranty that they do not stand by. Rude customer service. They will lie to your face that they will do something and not do it. I have been trying to get my car fixed that is under warranty since August...it is now the end of December. No call backs, no concern about customers.
They did a awesome job, we could not be happier, Roger and Robin was excellent to work with as well. I would definitely use them again. Would also highly recommended Deluxe body shop to anyone.
