I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order on July 19 and I have still not received ANYTHING. They took my money immediately and keep saying the product is coming, when it doesn’t. They are defrauding people. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored. I no longer want the products, I just want my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
This bums me out. I was super excited when I found the site. I placed an order May 13, 2025. I have heard nothing. They've charged my card. It's posted. But nothing. I just have "preparing shipment" on my Shop app. I have sent 2 emails, filled out a "contact us" form on their website, phoned (out of service), dm'd on FB and IG, and nothing. I was really looking forward to getting some hair products to use this summer from a company in Ontario. I don't ever write reviews but I would like it to be known that I placed an order with Deluxe on the weekend of June 14th. It is now September 1st and I still have not gotten my order. I am disappointed that after numerous emails and excuses from this company I have not received my order. Terrible experience. No update, no tracking, no delivery, and a contradictory excuse when I asked for help. They claim “99% of orders arrive,” but reviews (and my own experience) prove otherwise. Never received my order, a full refund was requested. Unreliable business, lacks accountability; avoid at all costs.
