I had a horrible experience with Christie. I gave a her an inspo picture of what I wanted, which was darker copper blonde highlights, and she put in platinum highlights. I came back a second time for her to fix it, after her doing toner, it looked better, but it still was not what I asked for. I left the salon and asked her for half my money back and she said no. I went to your salon to have a hair cut that a former stylist messed up and the girl did a good job. But her customer service was horrible. I felt like she rushed through my cut. Didn’t even trim my hair completely. Her phone rang and she answered it and talked on her phone for a minute. Then she didn’t even washed my hair. Just curled it alittle and rushed through the whole process. A very expensive hair cut to not even get the service your guys advertise.
Linley’s facial was terrific. My daughter’s hair by Heidi looked fabulous and I expanded my massage with Glenn from 1 hour to 2. It was great.
Shilah did an amazing job on my cut and color! It turned out better the I could have ever imagined! 10 🌟
Amazing experience!! Love getting my nails done here!
