Went to there show room to check out two cars on Wednesday, ended up buying a car from them. Worked with a salesmen named Kevin and he was great. Experience was quick and painless, they worked with me on pricing with my trade in and really made the deal happen. I live over 2 hours away in eastern long island and the drive was worth it. Bought a 2014 BMW M550 X Drive from Deluxe. Had a issue with the car Dan made sure it was taken care of and I was satisfied with the outcome. I would buy another car from them with no problem. Have a nice inventory of high end cars.
I'm starting to really regret purchasing this vehicle. I've been at the shop for 3 different issues and I only had the car for two weeks!!!!! They sold the car now they won't return calls do not buy from here!!!!
Place is a joke, apparently they do not put their cars through a service check before selling!!! Convince my son he doesn't need a warranty and didn't even get his plates yet and the transmission is shot!! Refuse even hung up on him when he calls for some sort of help way to go guys not only will there be a complaint with the BBB but the state and dmv
I've been dealing with Deluxe for a few years now. Purchased 3 cars, and I have never had a better, more comfortable experience at a dealership. Their sales team is on point as well as there management. Any issue that I had was dealt with, no questions asked. It's a great store with a good selection of cars for anyone's interest. Just an FYI for anyone reading negative comments, there's always more to the story then what you read. Don't let negative comments from people stop you from working with this fine establishment.
HORRIBLE !!! Went to delux auto to sell my vehicle. We made a deal and agreed to a price. Done I figured so I made a call to be picked up from the dealer. 20 minutes later and after I cleaned out the vehicle they tell me that they are changing the deal and will offer $3000 LESS. What happened to the deal we had? I guess a handshake doesnt cout with these people. NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Dont trust this dealership! Horrible. Iam also filings a complaint with autotrader who recommended them
