I came to this location because I had a friend recommend me, and the experience was absolutely awful. The nail tech JIMMY was the original nail tech and did an awful job, He did not properly cut or clean up my cuticles before applying the acrylic. Because the cuticle area was not properly prepped, the acrylic was placed too close/over the cuticle and the application looked uneven and poorly finished. he also had made my nails thick and chunky which I had asked him to correct in the moment which he ultimately did not. I was going to a different nail salon that was consistently late, after I made appointments and then they forgot to schedule my appointment so I called Delux at the last moment and they were able to get me in and what a pleasure it was! The owner was absolutely wonderful and my technician Jimmy was so professional and they took me as soon as I got there and they were so efficient, I’ve already made my next appointment!
