I appreciate this business and their customer service. I ordered a radiant rose bouquet online for valentines day. They were delivered the next day and unfortunately my rose bouquet was a little lacking in roses, but when I called to let them know, they apologized and sent out more roses for me to add to my bouquet. This place is very unprofessional and very much ghetto…we placed an order and had to call back because the order didn’t go through for some reason which means I had to give my card nine again….i wake up the next day to see a charge from Nordstrom on my card which means who ever I gave my card number to stole my money and I will be making a police report
This florist customer service is horrendous. Placed an online order and received a confirmation number. Called the next day to confirm the order/delivery. The person answered the phone unprofessionally and gave major attitude for confirming. Please spend your money with a more reliable and reputable company.
