BUYER BEWARE** called them (@4:10 - April,4th 2025) Asked a simple question if I could know if a car had an accident or not before I make the trip from Niagara falls to Kitchener… Receptionist very rudely tells me that I can’t know that information unless I have an appointment…I said no worries can you transfer me to a sales person so I can know before making the trip…he says no the only way you can know is by coming here, and refused to tell me if the car was clean nor transfer me to a sales person…SO buyer beware I can fee... read more
Wanted to get some information about a 2022 Corolla Cross this guy advertised. He would not give me any information about the vehicle. Would not give me the CARFAX or the VIN. Obviously he is hiding something that he doesn’t want you to know about. But really how dumb does he think we are?? Just because you list it for a low price doesn’t mean people are going to blindly buy it without getting additional information/ history on the used car. Useless, untrustworthy seller. Shame on you

Gummy is the number one fraud. I did just gas-filling in my AC, He charged $-220. Then he just explained it was good. After that, he told me AC inspection was too costly brother. If anyone had a bad experience, please let me know
Tried inquiring about a vehicle that was in auto trader. Requested a Carfax. I was told it wouldnt be provided unless I made an appointment and came into dealership. Why would I even go if the Carfax showed serious damage. Found them unprofessional
