I’ve had great customer service with this place. There was one small issue but other than that everything has been smooth. I’m glad I was referred here because my settings needed changed. Kristen was really pleasant to work with as well. I recommend them.Yesenia has followed up with me to make sure things are working etc.
I apologize this has taken me a while, but a few weeks ago i went into this facility needing to buy replacement parts for my sleep machine. When I looked at my report, it was obvious to me that my leads were hooked up incorrectly and my final report reflected. To give credit to the technician, they told me it was their first time using the new leads. The incorrect hook up was not noticed by the technician or any additional personal (assuming there is someone who reviews the technicians work). Ex- my report said that I slept prone. Came in last week as I was visiting Colorado, Discovered Delta Waves online. I was missing a piece for my mask and my machine. A young lady Alexus helped me tremendously with all the equipment I needed to get a good night's rest. Within the short time that she helped me I learned a few things I've never knew anything about. I'm so grateful to have met her, definitely would recommend this place.
No place better ... amazing staff ... good quality products... This place is God sent!!!
