I went to Delta Water Products for some supplies for drip lines and at first was unfortunately sold in the incorrect part by a newer staff member. After talking to the team there they made sure to make it right and sent my home with all brand new material and were so kind during the process! I will definitely be returning in the future :)
This isn't a hit against Delta, but against the Franklin product they sell. I have had wells on my various properties for 30 years and never had an issue. Put in a new well and cistern 3.5 yrs ago and the Franklin pumps and subdrive were installed. Had both of them fail shortly after the 3 yr warranty period and they will do nothing. Not sure what components they are now using in their products, but I will recommend looking for other manufacturers.
