RecommendedWe were at this gym before and loved it. Moved and joined Inshape. That gym had been very good for us as well. But needed to mix it up. We’re very Happy to be back. The whole family has different things they like to do at this gym and I feel as if this gym can accommodate all of us best.

I’ve been to In-Shape(Antioch & B-Wood), Diamond Hills & Cal Fit. Nothing quite compares to the layout and organization of Delta Valley. Friendly atmosphere without the noise of gossip next to you. Variety of weight setups and machines. Also, Child care is amazing!
Great classes, great instructors, great child care, and staff, always greet you with a smile.
Highly recommend this place. I’ve been a member since 2010. Enjoyed all the classes offered and appreciate all the positive energy from the staff and other members.
I feel Dvc is a place you can achieve your goals. And they have people to help you get there
Amazing health club! Hands down great family environment
It’s been almost a year since I joined Delta Valley Health Club and I find it an awesome experience. Gym is not crowded, overall clean and well maintained, employees are friendly and I really enjoy all my group instructors. Fun place to be.
