I love this club and completely enjoy the water aerobics classes. Delta staff are so much more responsive and helpful than the Club One staff. Thanks so much!!!!
Too expensive, not interested in customer service or taking care of their members complaints.
Very unprofessional we cancel our services last year few weeks later we received a letter from collection then we call the club they apologize and told us it was their mistake and the COLLECTION COMPANY will send us a letter to apologize for the mistake then guess what yesterday we got another letter from COLLECTION AGAIN!!! with a ridiculous amount demanding the money we own really we own ??? Give yourself a favor join a reputable club otherwise your credit score will be in danger!!!!
Equipment is not taken care of, missing equipment, no towels, no wipes, i see people getting in that are not members. Not happy
Nothing but love for all the friends I made there! I love my DVAC Family!
The staff does not communicate the hidden annual maintenance fee they also charge this fee differently to all members. When my 3 years is up I will not be renewing my membership!
