I brought in my Tig welder it was brand new and never turned on after plugging it up. Staff was very nice . Called me on the day I was told I'd recieve a call. Stated my repair was gonna cost an outrageous amount. I decided to just come back an pick it up. With the price for repairing my "new " machine I could by the same one again brand newer! Worst welding repair around. Terrible service. Owner knows he’s the only shop around and takes advantage of it
If you ever come to DeltaTech, make sure you talk to the main guy since there is a language barrier with one of the workers who is actually there. I was told that I could make a $118 deposit for an estimate to fix my welder. If they were unable to fix it, they said they would refund my deposit. But when I went to get the money back, they said it was against their policy to refund me my $118.
