I have been renting from them since 2023, units are clean, lots are plowed, and I have had absolutely no issues with my unit or rent. It always easy to book online and pay for my units. We always rent an extra one in the winter for the boat and additional storage, so it doesn't sit at the cabin
No return call regarding availability of a unit.
Calls fails if you try to call number. Easy to create account. Impossible to log in to pay/cancel unit. I sent an email right when I got the unit and still haven’t heard back once from this place. Find another place that’s more responsive
Took couple months for them to get my deposit back to me. They don't answer phones or return emails. Not a great experience.
