I used Delta Steam yesterday 7/8/09, my regular guy had gone out of business and I did some research read some good stuff about these guys so I tried them and I'm very very happy I did. Actually, I didn't really know how bad the other guy was until I saw these guys in action. Very professional, they moved plants and some of my furniture, the last guy wouldn't touch a thing. UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE PRINCIPALS. I called to reschule my appointment and called several times when 1 hour later no one had arrived or called. When I finally got a hold of a female claiming to be the "owner". She was rude and simply said to be a "small mistake". No apologies just "do you want me to reschule or not" It was a waste of my time since I had to move all my furniture and cleared the room to make it easier for their workers.
