Well, the advertising we received said our carpets would look and smell sparkling clean and they do, they really do. Everything went smooth from start to finish. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The did a walk through first and asked us what we wanted moved, they also pointed out some old spots that were there when we moved in, but I was surprised to see that they removed all but a faint shadow of those. I got great service from Delta Steam. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and very professional. She did ask me how many rooms I had, and also said to be honest about any combo rooms so the price didn't change when the technician did his walk through, but that was only so she could quote me the right price. I called the company to have my carpets cleaned. On the phone the lady asked how many rooms I had. I told her 2 rooms that were quite small but I do use one for my dining room/front room. She then said "Don't even try to say its 2 rooms if its not, If they think its 3 rooms they will charge you for it""! The lady that answered the phone came across very rude! These guys are AWESOME!!!! Not only did they get me into the schedule the day before Easter when my regular guy cancelled on me at the last minute. BUT, they did a better job than my regular guy has ever done! Delta Steam really worked hard on my problem areas and I just can't say enough good things about them. Try them you will like the service.
Delta Steam did a great job for us. We just moved into a new home and Delta Steam did a very professional job. They really paid attention to detail and I'm very happy with how clean they got the carpets. I think the HOT water is a huge bonus.
Delta Steam Rocks!!!! They really are the best carpet cleaners we've ever used. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in really getting a good cleaning job. I mean these guys are a few bucks more expensive than others but, only a few bucks and they're worth it. They move light furniture, they use stain removers for no extra charges plus as a mom I like that they don't use chemicals and that their water is 212 degrees. I've been using Delta Steam for years. I love them. They have cleaned everything for us at one time or another, carpets, furniture, tile, they've even detailed our vehicals and I have NEVER been unhappy with their work. These guys are awesome! We just purchased a foreclosed home that was in terrible shape. The carpets were the only thing we didn't have the funds to replace. So, I did some checking and Delta Steam had some good reviews on Yahoo!. So, I called them and I was just so happy I did. They told me right off the bat I should replace the carpet, which I would have liked to do. But once I told them we didn't have the funds Marcel, the Owner was so nice. Thanks Delta Steam! Delta Steam did a great job at my house today. I can't believe how beautiful my carpets look. Really, I have white carpets and they're 5 years old now and I haven't had the money to get them cleaned, I think it's been 2 years, yikes!
