lousy and unprofessional I made an appointment 3 days in advance and was clearly quoted a price over the phone for a professional detail (interior and exterior cleaning). A van, I was told, is a bit extra (fine, I thought). When I arrived I was quoted yet an extra fee ($30), because the car apparently was dirty inside. Dirty.... isn't that why I went there in the first place ? Also, why wasn't I told on the phone there is an "extra dirty charge" ??? Excellent Delta Sonic is both a car wash and a gas station. They have excellent service, and the gas station is quite exceptional. The interior is very clean and organized, and it has modern style. The gas station is stocked with various small grocery items including fountain drinks and a freezer section. There is usually only one person working inside at the desk, but that person is usually very helpful. If you're hungry, you can stop at the Subway restaurant at the gas station.
That is not a way to do business. Delta Sonic should except all coupons. Not just the christmas coupons for a up grade. I bought the book and had a coupon from the enter. book they would not take both because they said that the coupon from christmas was not to be use with a another coupon, I what to pay them $8.00 more.
Awesome, cleaned all the dirt form my Car I took my Vesuvius 2006 Supercharged Range Rover to this car wash after a long expedition and it cleaned everything. From top to bottom to front to end. They also provide a nice interior clean. Carpets cleaned and interior windows ckeaned. Price is decent and will definitely come back again. They have many types of packages you can choose. You can just have your exterior cleaned or your whole car cleaned form inside and out. Car smells and looks awesome.

I had a coupon so I felt a little better about it but it still was just an OK job. I used to love the shop in West Herr Toyota but they kicked them out to expand the shop & now I don't know where they are. I used another shop on California Rd., just as bad if not worse. BAD BAD BAD CUrrent employee also and i must say it is AWFUL working here they dont respect their employees and work them 8+hrs a day sometimes without any break yes we do try to sell you products you dont need on your car if anyone asks you if u want to buy something just walk away because you will buy more thn you need a 7$ interior is all you neeed .or you can do it yourself at a local 1$ carwash .The managers themselfs dont care about customers all they want is you money IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A JOB HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIM... read more
