NIGHTMARE!!! I went to Delta Sonic for an interior cleaning. They tried to talk me into the super duper job for $120, but since my Toyota Highlander is only 2 years old, and upon my purchase I put custom seat covers on and covered the carpeting with plastic runners that I had cut to fit wall-to-wall, I didn't feel it was necessary for them to spend what they said would be 4 hours shampooing the seats and carpeting. a waste of money My daughter and I had our oil changed at the Niagara Falls Blvd Delta Sonic. By the next day I had oil all over my drive way. I lifted the hood to see oil all over the engine. The oil cap was not put on correctly. My daughter was told that she needed an air filter. She knew her husband could put one in easily. After purchasing a filter at a discount store on the way home, her husband put the filter in and reexamined the oil level. He discovered there was very little oil. current employee yes we clean the cars well but it is quite possibly the worst place to work. the people i work with are pretty good for the most part. but they use and abuse the workers. they work us till the very last second and even sometimes too long, sometimes we dont get breaks every 6 hours. and on sundays we close at 6 and one sunday they decides to stay open untill 7:00 at about 5:00 and didnt tell 90% of the employees. i personally had to hear from another employee. so if you are looking to work here or know someon... read more
X Frequent Customer If you experience a costly problem going thru there car wash, you are on your own. They refuse any responsibility to damaged caused, at any of their locations. I went off the track in their car wash and was hit by the car behind me. They refused any responsibility for the damage they caused. Use their services at your own peril.
CURRENT EMPLOYEE i am a current employee at this company...if you could even call it a company. i hate going to work i hate being at work and the people i work with dont respect me at all. the management is downright disgusting they promote people based on who sucks up to them the most. ive been there 11 months and have not gotten a single promotion but 3 people that have been there 2 months that are friends with the managers outside of work have all gotten promoted. 1 even admitted to me he doesnt know why hes a manager. if... read more
Very unsatisfied person The Orchard Park store is terrible along with their corporate offices. Last week I went throughout the car wash. The lane they put me in, the metal divider was out way to far. I have a big pick up truck. After drying off my car I proceeded to pull forward. I was instructed turn by the attendant. There was a car pulling in ahead of be and another entering my right. worst place ever Worst place ever! Don't work there. Don't go there. Terrible job done. Forgot to do my wax I payed for and had to go back.
That is not a way to do business. Delta Sonic should except all coupons. Not just the christmas coupons for a up grade. I bought the book and had a coupon from the enter. book they would not take both because they said that the coupon from christmas was not to be use with a another coupon, I what to pay them $8.00 more.
Awesome, cleaned all the dirt form my Car I took my Vesuvius 2006 Supercharged Range Rover to this car wash after a long expedition and it cleaned everything. From top to bottom to front to end. They also provide a nice interior clean. Carpets cleaned and interior windows ckeaned. Price is decent and will definitely come back again. They have many types of packages you can choose. You can just have your exterior cleaned or your whole car cleaned form inside and out. Car smells and looks awesome.
